26,000 SQ Yards of milling with 2,600 Ton of Surface course. Additional is about 1,200’ feet of berming and additional 350 ton of base repair.
This project was very important to maintain communication with the city and management on schedule in order to work around funerals. Work had to stop or be scheduled around Funerals. The project suffered from a bad subbase and required the use of smaller trucks and to then not utilize streets as they were paved. Large trucks were only allowed on streets that were unpaved. Once they were paved we did not drive loaded dump trucks on them due to structural issues. Cleanup was another big issue as we had to maintain clean and drivable surfaces as this cemetery would experience about 100-200 walkers, runners and visitors to the site daily.
