Shelmar Estates Scope included milling out and replacing over 1500 tons of surface course in a congested Trailer Park in New Philadelphia, Ohio.
We had to work and maintain traffic to all residents while performing our milling and paving operations. Very tight and congested side streets. Work with residents to provide street parking locations and coordinate with residents to maintain clear streets from street parking. The project was milled in 2 days and paved in 3 days minimizing disturbance to residents and producing a product that made property owners and residents happy.
In the words of one resident. “You guys look like you know what you’re doing. Way better than the last guys who did this. Theirs only lasted a year till it started breaking up.”
Since working with this property owner, we have completed a second phase and will continue to work on other properties in phases for the next 3-5 years.
